A chance to talk before deciding if, whether and/or how we work together toward your therapy goals
Service Description
A 30 minute phone call where you can ask questions of me and determine if I'm the right person for you, and where I can also get to know you and ask questions about what your hopes and aims are, to make sure what I offer (therapy/coaching/mentoring/support) is suitable for your needs and goals.
Cancellation Policy
When paying for sessions individually (not with a plan): - No refunds unless cancelled up to 7 days before start time. - Rescheduling can be done until 48 hours before start time. When paying for sessions with a plan (as a container): - Please see the policy details for the plan booking for cancellation and rescheduling terms and conditions. When booking a discovery call: - No payments are made, and therefore the above does not apply. Please respect our time and availability and let us know as soon as possible if you've changed your mind and no longer need the call. We won't be offended (life happens!) but it would be good to know in advance. Thanks!
