A 30 minute phone call where you can ask questions of me and determine if I'm the right person for you, and where I can also get to know you and ask questions about what your hopes and aims are, to make sure what I offer (therapy/coaching containers, EMDR intensives or mentoring/support) is suitable for your needs and goals.
